Our marketplace may include electronics, gadgets, accessories, fashion, beauty products, household products, lifestyle products and other categories permitted by NetJetStore.

NetJetStore may operate as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular product or transaction, the seller is responsible for the accuracy, quality, availability and fulfilment of the product they list.

By using NetJetStore, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Policies.

Some NetJetStore features require an account. You are responsible for the security of your account and the information associated with it.

Businesses and individuals may apply to become sellers on NetJetStore. Becoming a vendor is subject to our onboarding and approval process.

Submitting a vendor application does not guarantee approval.

NetJetStore may require vendors to complete identity verification or KYC procedures.

• Reduce fraudulent activity.

• Protect payment and payout systems.
• Meet applicable legal or financial requirements.

Approved vendors may receive access to a dedicated storefront where customers can learn about the business and browse its products.

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings.

• Product name should be accurate.
• Description should clearly explain the product.
• Price should be correct.
• Product availability should be accurate.
• Images should represent the product appropriately.
• Important specifications, conditions and limitations should not be hidden.

Vendors should use clear and accurate product photographs. You must have the necessary rights or permission to use content you upload.

• Do not upload copyrighted images without permission.
• Do not deliberately use misleading photographs.
• Do not upload another seller's content without authorization.
• Do not upload unlawful or offensive content.
• Do not use images that materially misrepresent the product.

By uploading content to NetJetStore, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to use it and grant NetJetStore the permission reasonably necessary to display and use it in connection with operating and promoting the marketplace.

Vendors are responsible for setting accurate product prices. Prices may change from time to time.

Where an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, NetJetStore may take reasonable steps to correct the error, including cancelling an affected order where appropriate.

When you place an order, you are requesting to purchase the selected product.

An order confirmation does not necessarily guarantee product availability or final acceptance in every circumstance.

• Product may have become unavailable.
• Payment may not be verified.
• Fraud or suspicious activity may be detected.
• A vendor may be unable to fulfil the order.
• The transaction may violate marketplace rules.

NetJetStore may support payment methods such as cards, bank transfers, USSD, wallets or other payment options made available through the platform.

Payment processing may involve third-party payment providers. Their own terms and requirements may also apply.

Where NetJetStore provides a Buyer Protection or payment-hold mechanism, it may provide an additional layer of protection during eligible marketplace transactions.

Delivery arrangements may vary depending on the seller, customer location, product type, delivery partner, order size and delivery option selected.

• Vendors should prepare eligible orders within the applicable processing period.
• Customers must provide accurate delivery information.
• Additional charges may apply where an incorrect address causes a failed delivery.
• Estimated delivery times are estimates and may not always be guaranteed.
• Third-party delivery delays may occur.

Where tracking is available, customers may receive tracking information through NetJetStore or the relevant delivery provider.

Tracking information may not update immediately. If an order appears lost, significantly delayed or incorrectly delivered, contact support as soon as reasonably possible.

Returns and refunds depend on the product, the reason for the return and the applicable seller or NetJetStore policy.

Depending on the circumstances, a customer may be eligible for a return or refund where:

• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product is materially different from the listing.
• The product arrives damaged under circumstances covered by the applicable policy.
• The product is defective, subject to applicable warranty or return conditions.
• The order was cancelled before fulfilment.
• Another valid reason exists under the applicable policy.

Where a return is approved, customers may be required to:

• Submit the return request within the applicable period.
• Keep the product in an appropriate condition.
• Return included accessories and items where applicable.
• Provide photographs or other evidence.
• Follow the return instructions provided.
• Make the product available for collection or return where required.

Approved refunds may be returned through the original payment method or another appropriate method.

Customers may request cancellation before an order has been fulfilled where cancellation is supported.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the customer may need to use the applicable return process.

Vendors should not unnecessarily cancel confirmed orders. Repeated cancellation may result in a vendor account review.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect or significantly different from what was advertised, contact NetJetStore as soon as possible.

We encourage buyers and sellers to communicate professionally and attempt to resolve issues where possible.

When a dispute is submitted to NetJetStore, we may review:

• Product descriptions.
• Photographs and videos.
• Messages and communications.
• Delivery information.
• Payment information.
• Tracking information.
• Other relevant evidence supplied by either party.

Vendors are responsible for the products and services they offer through the marketplace.

• Their products and inventory.
• Accurate product descriptions.
• Product availability.
• Product quality.
• Order preparation.
• Accurate pricing.
• Appropriate packaging.
• Customer communication.
• Applicable warranties.
• Compliance with applicable laws.

Customers may be able to leave ratings and reviews based on genuine experiences.

• Do not purchase fake reviews.
• Do not create fake accounts to manipulate ratings.
• Do not deceptively review your own products.
• Do not threaten customers because of negative reviews.
• Do not manipulate reviews through deceptive incentives.
• Do not publish unlawful or abusive content.

NetJetStore may remove reviews that violate marketplace rules and may restrict accounts that repeatedly manipulate ratings or reviews.

NetJetStore may prohibit or restrict products and activities that are illegal, unsafe, deceptive or inappropriate for the marketplace.

NetJetStore may remove prohibited listings without prior notice where reasonably necessary to protect customers, vendors or the marketplace.

NetJetStore may investigate suspicious activity involving accounts, orders, payments, refunds, withdrawals, vendors, reviews and promotions.

• Payment fraud.
• Chargeback abuse.
• Fake orders.
• Fake accounts.
• Identity fraud.
• Coupon abuse.
• Refund fraud.
• Manipulating marketplace systems.
• Using stolen payment information.
• Attempting to deceive customers or vendors.

NetJetStore may suspend, restrict or terminate an account where reasonably necessary, including where a user:

• Violates these Terms.
• Engages in fraud.
• Provides false information.
• Abuses another user.
• Sells prohibited products.
• Manipulates reviews.
• Attempts to bypass marketplace security.
• Repeatedly violates marketplace policies.
• Creates a security risk.
• Uses the platform unlawfully.

Where appropriate and permitted by law, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve an issue. Certain restrictions may need to happen immediately to protect the marketplace.

Approved vendors may have access to financial tools through their dashboard.

Withdrawals may be delayed or reviewed where reasonably necessary because of KYC requirements, disputed orders, chargebacks, refunds, payment-provider requirements, incorrect payout information or security concerns.

NetJetStore may charge vendors fees, commissions or other applicable charges.

Applicable charges may depend on factors including product category, order value, vendor plan, promotions, delivery arrangements, payment processing and other marketplace services.

NetJetStore may offer coupons, discounts, promotional campaigns, free-delivery campaigns, vendor promotions, featured-product opportunities and other promotional programs.

• Promotions may have eligibility requirements.
• Promotions may have expiry dates.
• Coupons may have usage restrictions.
• Promotional benefits may not be sold or transferred unless permitted.
• Promotions may be modified or cancelled where reasonably necessary.

NetJetStore may provide opportunities for vendors to increase product visibility through featured placement, advertising or promotional programs.

Information collected through NetJetStore may be used for purposes such as:

• Creating and managing accounts.
• Processing orders.
• Processing payments.

• Verifying users and vendors.
• Preventing fraud.
• Providing customer support.

Users and vendors are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations relating to their use of NetJetStore and their products or activities.

NetJetStore may cooperate with lawful requests from regulators, law-enforcement agencies, courts, payment providers and other authorized entities where legally required.

NetJetStore may rely on third-party services for functions including:
